Registrar Process Information

Letter/Form Requests

For letter and form requests (i.e., Enrollment Verification Letters, Visa letters, Deferment/Forbearance forms, Canadian enrollment forms etc.):

  1. Student must complete the Letter/Form request form and submit to the Registrar Office via email.
  2. Upon receipt of the letter/form request form please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

 


 

Transcript Requests

  1. To protect confidentiality, students must submit a Transcript Request Form for release of official and unofficial transcripts.
  2. To receive an official transcript, students must submit a payment of $10 USD for each transcript.

In the case of FedEx’d Official transcripts, students must submit a payment of $25 USD per transcript. Payments can be made online at https://commerce.cashnet.com/manipalpay.

  1. There is no fee for unofficial transcripts.
  2. Submit completed form along with receipt (for Official transcripts) to the Registrar Office. Upon receipt  of the transcript form and payment, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
  3. Unofficial transcript requests are processed within 2-3 business days.

 


 

Leave of Absences (LOA)

  1. The LOA forms must be submitted to either the Office of the Dean of AICASA or the Registrar Office for processing. The policy on Leaves of Absences can be found in the AICASA College Catalog.

2.Upon return form LOA, student must check in at the Registrar Office to officially document their return and have their status regularized.

 


 

Withdrawal Forms

  1. Student must complete withdrawal form. The policy on Withdrawals can be found in the AICASA College Catalog (see link above).
  2. The Library and Bursar must sign off on form before submission.
  3. Once student has acquired necessary signatures, student can submit form to either the Office of the Dean of AICASA or the Registrar Office for final processing.

 


 

 

Replacement IDs

There is a US$10 charge for replacement IDs.

  1. Students must pay at the Bursar’s Department or online using the following Cashnet link: https://commerce.cashnet.com/manipalpay
  2. Receipt of payment must be presented to the Registrar Office before an ID is issued.
