The goal of the Registrar’s Department is to maintain the academic records of all registered students and alumni.
Our office also provides a variety of services that support the campus community, these include:
Supporting, facilitating, and promoting the academic mission of The University by connecting students to the faculty, curriculum, and classroom on a continuum of services from enrollment to graduation and beyond.
Providing confidentiality, customer service, technological development, and file retention.
Preserving student academic records and generating both official and unofficial transcripts.
Verifying and tracking student enrollment.
Confirming graduation (with colleges) and issuing diplomas.
Helping students register for their classes.
Protecting student’s privacy through FERPA.
Assisting faculty and staff in areas such as campus Identification creation.
