AUA uses groups of people to do its work, and each group has at least one supervisor who is primarily responsible for managing the group.  However, we rely upon staff members to supervise themselves.  If you work efficiently, communicate professionally, and are careful to consider the needs of others, you should enjoy a successful career at AUA.
