On August 25th, AUA partnered with the Rotary Club of Antigua Sundown Pediatric to host the 3rd Annual Pediatric Health Village. The health fair provided vision, dental, and general medical screenings for children between the ages of 5 and 18. Before interviewing for residency, AUA student Jay Vithalani went to Uganda to volunteer for one month. While there, he partnered with a PhD professor from Spain and designed a small study to shed light on the status of HIV in Uganda.
