Appointments

The health center operates on an appointment system, which decreases waiting time and allows for better planning by all parties. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us so that your appointment may be given to other patients. Walk-ins may be seen based on availability.

Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday, 8:30am -2:00pm, Walk-ins may be seen at other times based on availability. Office hours are modified during School Breaks.
University Park Health Center is closed on all Observed Holidays.

Life-threatening Emergencies

Call 911 if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency.

If you have an emergency during the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday, please contact the Emergency Response team at 268-789-7802. For after hour emergencies, please contact 268-764-0164.
