About AUA Facilities

The purpose of the maintenance department is to ensure a safe, healthy, comfortable and acceptable facilities for Students, faculty, staff and all visitors. Our department has a valued skilled team of workers, committed to providing quality workmanship to our University community. The department provides the following services:

The Facilities Department is responsible for the following: –

• Provides logistics support for setting up and dismantle of the flex room
• Set up for Registration at AICASA and Main Campuses
• Keeping the buildings in good repair: replacing worn or broken tiles, repairing furniture, locks, baseboards, windows,
• Replacing light bulbs maintaining bathroom fixtures.
• Ensuring the generator systems are in good working order in cases of power outrages
• Assist staff/faculty in moving between offices
• Set up and dismantle tents, tables and chairs for events on and off campus.
• Carpentry, Electrical, Painting and Plumbing work

• Minor renovations and campus projects
• Routine repairs and Preventative maintenance

Regular hours of operations are Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:00pm. Maintenance support is not available on non-working days and holidays unless it is an exception outlined above or absolute emergency.
