In May, AUA students and faculty participated in the on-campus Mural Contest.
The contest theme – medicine at the heart; celebrating the local community and acknowledging the diversity of faculty and staff – brought in five submissions. Kendra Kramer, a MED 2 student, had the winning entry. She created a mural depicting AUA’s diverse student population, faculty, and staff who have come together to work as a team and a community to help aspiring physicians achieve their dreams of becoming medical doctors.
As an inspiration for future medical students, Kendra’s mural will be painted on the AUA building, so watch this space for an update. Well done Kendra, and congratulations!
