Letter\/Form Requests<\/strong><\/h4>\n

For letter and form requests (i.e., Enrollment Verification Letters, Visa letters, Deferment\/Forbearance forms, Canadian enrollment forms etc.):<\/p>\n

  1. Student must complete the Letter\/Form request form<\/u><\/a><\/strong><\/span> and submit to the Registrar Office via email.<\/li>\n
  2. Upon receipt of the letter\/form request form please allow 2-3 business days for processing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Transcript Requests<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. To protect confidentiality, students must submit a Transcript Request Form<\/span><\/a><\/strong> for release of official and unofficial transcripts.<\/li>\n
    2. To receive an official transcript, students must submit a payment of $10 USD for each transcript.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      In the case of FedEx\u2019d Official transcripts, students must submit a payment of $25 USD per transcript. Payments can be made online at\u00a0https:\/\/commerce.cashnet.com\/manipalpay<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. There is no fee for unofficial transcripts.<\/li>\n
      2. Submit completed form along with receipt (for Official transcripts) to the Registrar Office. Upon receipt \u00a0of the transcript form and payment, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.<\/li>\n
      3. Unofficial transcript requests are processed within 2-3 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

        Leave of Absences (LOA)<\/strong><\/h4>\n
          \n
        1. The LOA forms must be submitted to either the Office of the Dean of AICASA<\/strong><\/em> or the Registrar Office<\/em> for processing. The policy on Leaves of Absences can be found in the AICASA College Catalog<\/span><\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          2.Upon return form LOA, student must check in at the Registrar Office to officially document their return and have their status regularized.<\/p>\n
